This cache has been inspired by round two, the sequences round, of the TV show which lends its name to this puzzle series.
To find it you'll need to work out what the fourth picture in each of these series would be if it hadn't been covered by a letter; then find a link between those four hidden items. I've made it a bit trickier by partially obscuring the third picture in each series too.
For all of the above you need to identify one word for the thing hidden by the letter and calculate:
A = the word value (A=1, Z=26 etc) of the singular word describing the thing hidden behind the letter A.
B = the word value of the singular word describing the thing hidden behind the letter B.
C = the word value of the word describing the thing hidden behind the letter C. If you find that you have choice then pick the most recent.
D = the word value of the plural word describing the thing hidden behind the letter D.
and then:
E = the number of letters in the singular word that links them all together.
