Geocache Description:

Objectives:

1. Locate Hidden Cache
2. Sign Log
3. Receive Smiley

Optional:

1. Discover, retrieve, or drop trackables
2. Take or leave swag

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to rendezvous with Special Agent Barbie to retrieve coordinates to the final hidden cache drop. There are 3 unactivated geocoins for FTF, STF, and TTF. I also dropped a trackable to move along. You have two options for acquiring coordinates to the rendezvous point:

Option Alpha:

Go to the posted coordinates. There is a hidden beacon (CHIRP) that is transmitting coordinates to the rendezvous point. You will need some type of device to receive transmission.

In case of Beacon transmission failure (missing or dead battery)

Option Bravo:

There is a hidden container with coordinates to the rendezvous point at the posted coordinates. However, in order to view the coordinates you will need a UV light to read them. This will prevent spies from intercepting the rendezvous coordinates and possibly kidnapping Special Agent Barbie for ransom.

Either option should keep you on track to receiving that sought out smiley!!!

Once you meet up with Special Agent Barbie, she will give you a set of numbers (UV light required) with special instructions. Your job is to decipher the code which will give you the coordinates to the final cache drop.

NOTES:

1. A GPSr with CHIRP functionality works best in receiving a beacon transmission. Smartphone users can find an app for that.
2. Just for clarification, there are 3 stages. Stage 1 contains both a beacon and a physical cache. You only need to do one of them to advance to the next stage. Stage 2 is a field puzzle. Stage 3 is the final.
3. Wading, kayak, canoe can be used to get to Stage 1 but it is not required, hence the 3 terrain. There is a trail that will take you there. You might want to bring boots for it could get wet and squishy depending on time of year. The trail was dry as a bone when I placed it.
4. Please submit a maintenace log if you suspect the Beacon is not transmitting.
5. Failure is not an option
6. Have fun and enjoy!!!
7. Best of luck
