cachbefound: As many of you are aware, my VTA Winchester Station (GCAEH96) geocache was the subject of a significant public safety concern on Tuesday July 29th. On the next day I visited the site and spoke with a VTA maintenance staff member who advised about the VTA's current policy regarding geocaches. As such, I've decided to archive all my VTA related geocaches; even those that are not on VTA property. My intent is to become completely compliant with the current policy as well as opening up non-VTA locations for other cachers to utilize.

Thanks to all who have visited these caches and for your understanding.

Finding this cache requires a tree climb.

Like an old woman of renown, I live in a shoe,
high heels of a fashion that someone you know just found.
He's placed me high, but not too high, it will be easy, it will be cool.
No need of ladder or tool, but climb you must to claim this as one you found.
