Geocache Description:

Come celebrate the New Year with a quick 30 minute get together at Green River State Forest, Before heading out for a hike. Anyone can come to the event, even if you don't want to hike.

We will meet at the posted coords at 10:00 AM CST, Sign the log and chit chat for a bit until 10:30. At 10:30 anyone who wants to hike with us can. It is an easy, flat, 3.5 -4 mile hike on an old road bed. Parking is limited at posted coords, so we will take a few cars to the ending parking coords so we can have a way back to the starting coords, and to make sure there is plenty of parking. Hope to see everyone there for the start of the New Year.
