First thing to note is that it is NOT under the bridge! Yes, I know, bridge caches inevitably involve getting feet wet and close encounters of the creepy-crawly kind. Not this one. The cache is high. dry and clearly visible. This was the location of my 'It's Not on U-Tube' geocache, but it (and the bridge!) were muggled in 2015. A new bridge has been built and I think it's time a new cache was installed on it.
There is a lot of tree cover so the GPS readings might be a bit iffy, but the prime location is pretty obvious.
So, to work. If you are having difficulty, the hint will tell you where to look, and as a reward for reading right down to here — You need to push it out from behind! (This is where that pencil will come in handy...)
Oh, and don't get fretful if the log is damp. It's special 'Right in the Rain' paper and will work with ball point or pencil even if it is soaking wet!
