The cache container and log are located at the posted coordinates. The trick is to extract the log. It is inside of a puzzle maze cube. Maneuver the little ball through the maze to get it to the slider. When you slide it left to right with the ball in place the lid of the cube will open and the log is inside. The slider will automatically put the ball back the start. All you have to do is replace the lid after signing the log.
