The cache is located at the posted coordinates, the trick will be to get to the log!
Near some railroad ties (short ones) you will find a lock and lock. Inside is a small wooden box. The log is inside the box.
THERE'S NO NEED TO FORCE THE BOX OPEN!
It will open with the slightest of pressure to push/pull on the box - the trick is where to push/pull.

While much of the park is closed for winter deer cull - this cache is accessible from the paved trail outside the park. There's a map on the attached link that shows a no hunting zone around the perimeter of the park. It also lists when the park is fully open.
