Geocache Description:

The 'waiting for Sinterklaas cache" is located somewhere in Abu Nabut garden, which you will find along 'Derech Ben Zvi' in Tel Aviv. It was funny to see in Google maps that a fence was surrounding this park, but right now, the fence isn't there anymore.

Nearby the spot you will find an Israelli school. However, the Dutchies are using the school also to educate interested children and grownups in the Dutch language. At the moment of placing the cache, the Dutchies were waiting for one of their favorites events to arrive; Sinterklaas! In the history he was supposed to be a rich man who gave food and clothes to the poor people and you could find him somewhere between the catholics (see the hat). Many changes are made during history and makes the celebration what it is today. A celebration for good children, they get presents and sugarworks. Bad children can be taken to Spain in a bag (that's where the Sint lives) and will get a bag of Salt! Interested in more, check the Wikipedia article on Sinterklaas.
