You must read this entire description to determine the clues which will assist you in finding this cache. You must walk or take a 4 wheel drive vehicle to the posted coordinates. Remember it is against the law to drive your vehicle out of the wash. You do not want to damage the environment or to ruin the caching experience for the next person. The cache is not at the posted cooridnates but you need to start your search there. The background for this cache is as follows: About three years ago, myself and a fellow cacher named Shorty placed a large pill container in the dead tree that you see in front of you. A day later Shorty said that he was worried that a sudden rain storm could wash the cache container out of the dead tree so he went out to move it to high ground. We never heard from Shorty again. A group of us went out the next day and searched the wash to the East thinking that this would be the higher ground that Shorty was talking about. We looked high and low and he is not to the East of the coordinates. The next year we went out looking again. We searched downstream to the West of the coorinates. He is not there either. Last year we went back and searched all of the ground to the North no Shorty there either. We need your help in finding Shorty!! Please find him and the cache for us. He is a little over weight so we know that he would not have walked more than 150 feet from the origional location. If you find him, dont try to strike up a conversation. He is the strong silent type. He also hates to have his picture taken so please don't post any photos of him on the geocaching web site.
