Impianto sportivo Maso Ronco
La posizione tranquilla nella zona di tutela paesaggistica Bosco di Monticolo, i due laghi naturali balneabili, innumerevoli sentieri e piste ciclabili, variegati tracciati per correre. E non da ultimo il clima mite alpino-mediterraneo. Tutte ragioni a favore della prossima sede di ritiro della nazionale tedesca.
Già nel 2010 “Die Mannschaft” (“La squadra”, come viene chiamata) aveva scelto per il suo ritiro l’impianto calcistico di Maso Ronco | Appiano. Nel 2018 troverà però alcune novità, per allenamenti ancora più efficaci e di buon auspicio per la conquista del titolo mondiale! Al termine dei lavori di ristrutturazione il nuovo impianto calcistico disporrà di due campi in erba naturale e tre in erba sintetica, moderne sale fitness e per trattamenti riabilitativi, nuovi spogliatoi e un centro media con tutto ciò che serve.
Ma non sarà solo la nazionale tedesca a prendere a calci il pallone in questo centro; anche il FC Südtirol, l’unica società professionistica della Provincia di Bolzano, ha scelto Maso Ronco | Appiano quale sede ufficiale di preparazione, come le quattro squadre di calcio di Appiano: AFC Appiano, AFC Frangarto, AFC Cornaiano e AFC S. Paolo.
Sportzone Rungg
Die ruhige Lage im Landschaftsschutzgebiet Montiggler Wald. Die beiden Naturbadeseen. Unzählige Wander- und Radwege. Abwechslungsreiche Laufstrecken. Und nicht zuletzt das milde, mediterran-alpine Klima. All diese Gründe sprechen für die anstehende Trainingsstätteder deutschen Nationalmannschaft.
Bereits 2010 verbrachte „Die Mannschaft“ ihren Trainingsaufenthalt im Fußballzentrum Rungg | Eppan. 2018 erwarten sie aber einige Neuerungen – für noch bessere, WM-Titel-taugliche Voraussetzungen! Mit Ende der Umbauarbeiten stehen in der neuen Sportzone zwei Naturrasen- und drei Kunstrasenplätze, moderne Fitness- und Reha-Räume, neue Umkleidekabinen sowie ein Medienzentrum mit allem Drum und Dran zur Verfügung.
Aber nicht nur das DFB-Team lässt hier den Ball rollen; der FC Südtirol, der einzige Profiverein des Landes Südtirol, hat hier in Rungg | Eppan seine offizielle Trainingsstätte, genauso wie die vier Eppaner Fußballvereine, der AFC Eppan, AFC Frangart, AFC Girlan und AFC St. Pauls.
Rungg football centre
A peaceful location in the Montiggler Forest nature reserve. Two lakes for outdoor swimming. Countless trails for walking and cycling. A huge choice of running tracks. And last but not least: the mild Mediterranean climate. All these reasons speak in favour of the upcoming training camp location chosen by the Germany national football team.
Back in 2010, “The Team” also completed a training camp in the Rungg | Eppan football centre. But in 2018, various alterations await them – making the preconditions even better for real World Cup training! Following renovation work, the new football centre now features two natural turf pitches and three artificial turf pitches, modern gym and rehabilitation rooms, new changing rooms, and a media centre which leaves nothing to be desired.
But the DFB team is not the only one here to get the ball rolling; FC Südtirol, the only professional football team in the province, also names Rungg - Eppan as its official training venue, as do four local football teams in the area: AFC Eppan, AFC Frangart, AFC Girlan and AFC St. Pauls.
