Downs Memorial Park looked like it needed a couple more geocaches. This one is a clear 5”x7”x2” locking plastic container. It's in a pretty standard hiding spot.
On the other side (to the west) of the trail, you can work your way through the brush to the cove. Or head down to the picnic table area.
Note that there is a $6.00 daily vehicle entry fee.
