From GZ you can get a spectacular view of the Great Tokachi Plain. In summer this cache is easily accessed by car via the mountain road (see waypoint #2 for the turnoff), but in winter you will need to do a bit of an uphill hike on snowshoes or back-country skis. Walk south-east 550m from the roadside carpark located at the end of the Nissho Toge tunnel and you will find yourself at a tenboudai (viewing platform). The cache is hidden above head height at the south-eastern set of steps up to the viewing floor. Bring your own pen.
このキャッシュから、十勝大平原の素敵な景色が見えます。夏中、ウェイポイント２から林道が展望台へ直接に行けます。冬中行くのはちょっと辛いですが努力する価値のあります。ウェイポイント１駐車場から東南の方向に550mぐらいスノーシュ又は山スキーで登ったら展望台に着きます。キャッシュは展望台の東南の階段に隠されています。自分のペンを持ってきてください。
