In this rural area of Hendry County there are many farms and barns and off the beaten path places. My mom always uses the phrase
"around Jakes barn" meaning, to go all the way around and back again. Usually in a conversation. Then to get back on track she would say " So, back at the ranch house" This scenic trail will certainly take you AROUND JAKES BARN. and by the ranch house. Hold your nose when you get to the pigs is my recommendation!
