This cache is not for the vertically challenged.
The cache is visible but retrieval of the cache is a problem. You will need a TOTT but you must provide your own tool.

We do not recommend entering the building. It appears to be structurally sound but it is a deserted building. There is no need to enter the building to retrieve the cache.
