Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Mills Norrie State Park Winter Series 2018 Pine Siskins don’t visit Dutchess County every winter. They are one of a few species that are considered "irruptive winter finches" because of the high variability of their movements based on the success of northern crops from year to year. Some years they make it down to Dutchess County, and other times they don’t. They are small streaky brown birds with a pointed bill. Although there are many pine trees along this White trail, we aren’t likely to find them nesting here. You are looking for a camoed preform container.
