The Cache
First task: Project a new waypoint from the listed coordinates - 1019m 008° TN. Now stroll to that point.
Second task: Have a look around and you'll find a small 2D code with further information.
Third task: It is time to hop into your car and go on a road trip. This virtual stage nowhere near Melbourne: It's behind Mt Baw Baw.
Fourth task: This is the final a couple of kilometres from the previous stage.
Stranger Things than this cache have happened in the past but I'm sure you'll avoid the Upside Down one more time.
