2017. aasta sügisel möödus 145 aastat ajast, kui Tallinnast Paldiskisse kulgeval raudteeliinil rajati peatus nimega Friedrichshofi (Saue mõisa toonane nimi) platvorm. 1912. aastal palus vald Põhja-Lääne Raudteevalitsusel nimetada platvorm ümber Saue pooljaamaks. Umbes samal ajal olid ehitatud ka raudteejaam ning mitmed raudteelaste eluhooned. Jaamahoone lammutati 2011. aastal. Nüüd seisab selle koha peal mälestuskivi, mille autoriteks on skulptorid Gea Sibola Hansen ja Brian Hansen.
Aarde leidmiseks tuleb ette võtta väike jalutuskäik Saue raudteejaama lähiümbruses.
