Geocache Description:

Co-ords are for a blue plaque in the name of this famous impressionist, no cache there.

They were born in18AB in the Danish West Indies (no longer known as this though) and died in 19CD in Paris, France.

It was during the Franco-Prussian (1870-71) war that they moved to Norwood as their mother and brother lived in the area.

Twelve paintings from their stay in Upper Norwood are listed and illustrated in the  catalogue raisonné, published in 19EF, amongst them are Norwood Under Snow and Lordship Lane Station.

Cache can be found at N 51 24.(A*D)(E+D)((F-E)/A) W 000 04.(A*D)( (F-E)/A)( (F-E)/A)
