After archiving a cache closeby recently have returned to area to place this cache so you can enjoy the walk along Kingfisher Reserve and admire the Wetlands.
Kingfisher Wetlands was established in 2005 by Tea Tree Gully council and used as a way to manage and recycle urban storm water by using natures resources.
The wetlands supports a variety of many Animals and plants all of which are important to maintaining the ecosystem. There are over 6500 aquatic and dryland plants in the wetlands to help enhance the biodiversity, create a habitat and stabalise soil ,filter water and attracts native fauna.
During my many walks have sighted many birds and the occassional koala.
During summer please take care as snakes are always a possability as are the occassional rat
There is a seats along the trail where you can sit and enjoy the peace and admire the wetlands .
