This beautiful rugged beach is called Agios Ioannis Milli and is a sandy beach which gets windy after lunch most days.There are no beach facilities here. You can walk approximately 40 minutes from Lefkas town or drive and park near Milos Beach resort or along the road. The Milos Beach Kite and Windsurf Resort is a great place in season to have a drink or snack whilst watching the watersports but it does close in winter which means the beach is deserted.Beware the sea can get rough here so not always good for young kids.
The old windwills are in various stages of ruin, some have stairs inside and some with remains of the old blades just visible.
It is a stunning beach especially when the sun is shinning and the sea appears turquoise.
