"HNY18 New Years Day Event" (GC7DCAT)

For many years now, i've heard some folks talk about
certain places being called a "Peoplequarium".

I'm not sure where this terminology came from,
but it sounded funny and interesting.

Maybe you can also figure out what this means by coming
to this location and finding the cache hidden here.
