This is a CHALLENGE cache
A challenge cache requires you to have fulfilled a specific task before logging it as a find.
Logging requirements
Cachers may sign a challenge cache’s physical log at any time.
However, the challenge cache may be logged as found online AFTER the log is signed AND the challenge tasks have been met and should be documented in the online log.
Logs without the required evidence included, will be deleted without notice.
Use of the Project-GC log is acceptable and recommended.
The Cache
The cache can be found at the posted coordinates.
The Difficulty rating reflects the challenge and the Terrain rating reflects the access to the cache.
The Challenge

To qualify for the challenge you must have found and logged TWO caches with hidden dates that are exactly 15 years apart
An example would be finding a cache published on February 2nd 2002 and another published on February 2nd 2017.
At time of cache submission, there were over 2800 active caches, within the state of Victoria alone, that were published prior to 20/2/2013 and the date this cache was hidden (20th February 2018).
These caches may be found worldwide
In your "found it" log please include your list of the TWO caches and the date found or attach the automatic log generated by Project-GC

This Challenge cache is included in the Map of Victoria Geo-Art and has been placed to coincide with the Parkville Mega
