Geocache Description:

Angels , deadends , bells , and themed series are what we are noted for.We have known of this bell for many many years . With a nearby cache too close we could not cache it. Well in fact we did several years ago at a regifting event held at the nearby Library. This was my church (really my mom's I was always more of a science kind of guy) all the back to 1966. The doors have always been purple and in 1978 I made a misguided vow. That's water under the dam, see what I did there?  Little Squirt was a constant muggle problem and was archived a while back. Now we can bring you to our bell. This cast iron bell maybe a Rumsey poured in Seneca Falls, the yoke is right but the casting mark near it's neck may have rusted. Since they were raised it's a good bet that they were rubbed out years ago when the bell was removed and cleaned up and given a paint job. Note the plaque at the bell and the nearby state historical marker. We spoke with the Reverend Dr. Brian Holman and even though he wasn't familiar with Geocaching ,he got the scavenger hunt idea and is more than happy to have you come and see the church's bell.
