Without a doubt the wine industry is the driving force behind Marlborough's economy and at the time of listing this cache is the latest in a series by Kiwimykl (and others) to highlight the industry.
Most people (which included me until I researched this winery) thought the wine industry started in Marlborough in the 1970's, however grapes were originally planted on this land 100 years before then.
