It's a short distance, but very difficult. Lots of briars, thorns, wet ground, and a variety of possible animals, including snakes, wild hogs, and armadillos. Not to mention the ticks, poison ivy and poison oak. Come prepare for rough terrain! The cache itself is fairly easy to spot, once you pass through the vegetation barricade placed there by Nature to welcome you. The property is owned by a company named Bay City Construction, Inc., which gave permission to place and maintain the cache, which is part of the reason for the name of this cache.
