This cache has been archived.

NCreviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

Merry Geo Dad, Enjoy the Hike

Merry Christmas Dad!

Do you ever wonder what to get someone for Christmas, and you just can’t think of anything?  My Dad is the kind of man that likes gifts that create memories as well as fun. I could not think of a better gift to give him than a geocache. He is an avid geocacher with 1,000s of finds. He has just one problem…. There are no more geocaches in his area to find (He has found them all). I thought that I could fix that this 2017 Christmas with a cache of my very own in dedication to him.

So Dad, Merry Christmas! I Love you very much, enjoy the hunt!

P.S. If you would like to see his other Christmas presents check out these caches in Macon, GA: Merry Geo Mini & Out in the Open Gift

Social Media:

All of these caches are highly involved with social media. If you would use the hashtag #merrygeodad in your posts about this cache, I have created an instagram account (Geocachinggift) for the three caches where I will post the caches' visitors. Follow geocachinggift on instagram to see if your picture made it onto the account!! If you do not do social media please send me an email with your photo OR post your smiling face in the digital log for the cache. There are props and everything, so get creative and ENJOY!

Location:

Mini Sliding falls by the Horse Farm. My Brother and I used to slide down these in the summer when we were little. My dad loves to tell the tale and share the pictures with others. So, I thought that this would be the prefect place to hide my very first cache.

There is no need to get wet to find the cache. It is located on the left side of the falls. Good Luck!
