There is a turn around here, but you can't park there. Hence the cache name, "Tuck and Roll, Baby". That's something my husband says all the time, when I want him to stop for a cache but he won't. I believe suggesting I jump out, if he just slows. Haha, not happening! So use the PARKING COORDINATES, noted as added waypoint and take a short walk, OR, have someone jump out, sign the log, and then meet you at the parking coordinates. You can't park at the turn around.
