Our 7th Annual event to welcome the New Year - Sunday 14th January 12 to 3pm.
Plenty of parking available, walk between the arcade and HiTide and use that entrance. Order drinks and food - a carvery lunch or the usual menu - if required at the bar. We are in the same room as last year, just past the end of the bar, door to the left. If anyone has not attended an event before please let me know and I will keep a watch for you and introduce you to some cachers.
For entertainment this year we are returning to making and throwing paper aeroplanes so start practising. One piece of A4 paper with no celotape, paper fasteners or anything added for weight. It will be the furthest resting place in a forward direction ( sorry for the detailed rules but we know what some of the S Wales lot are like LOL). I am arranging 3 prize tags so best male, female and 12 and under.
May also organise a tombola with the profit being donated to the S Wales event being held the May Day Bank Holiday weekend if Dorian and Sally want to run it.
I am not putting out a TB table so please pass them between yourselves
If anyone wants camo bags please let me know so I can ensure I have the sizes you need.
