Geocache Description:

Another in the Disappearing RR Blues caches highlighting RR infrastructure that is no longer being used in NW Oregon.

I often walk my dog from my home to the Salem Train Station. I spotted these old rails in the alley behind Mission Mill (now Willamette Heritage Center). I assume these embedded rails once served the mill and other industry. The tracks do not connect to the mainline RR anymore. Just an interesting spot.
