Power to the People Traditional Cache

You can park within the right-of-way of Colerain Road to reach this cache, or if you prefer, down the road at the self storage facility nearby. The power lines you see up above provide electricity to the Kings Bay Submarine Base, home to our east coast nuclear deterrent submarines, as well as a couple with cruise missile and special ops capabilities. The cache is placed with the specific permission of the owner of the the unusual property where it is located. This one is a bit difficult to spot, and a little difficult to sign. Seeing it is not enough; you will need a TOTT to get to the container and as you know, signing the log is a requirement of geocaching. I recently had to delete the log of a person who saw one of my caches but was unable to sign the log. If you do lots of walking, you just may have the proper gear with you. Or you may have to improvise. In any event, be careful not to do anything that would keep others from getting to the cache, and please replace the container just as you found it. BYOP.
