This Wherigo will take you on a tour of the Okeechobee Veteran's Memorial Park. If you just do the cartridge, it will take less than 30 minutes. If you choose to walk through and reflect, then the time it takes is up to you.
This Wherigo cache is located in Flagler Park, in the Veteran's Memorial Park section. It is Okeechobee's 1st Wherigo. The cartridge for this cache can be downloaded HERE.

Is logging my result any different for this cache? Logging your results here on geocaching.com is no different than any other cache, so no changes there. However, you do get a new icon on your profile page if you have not done a wherigo before now. One of the stages of this whereigo - the TANK - is temporarily missing, gone for sandblasting, reparing, and repainting. The zone you need to answer the question at the tank is in the picture below. Make sure you have this picture available when you start the cartridge. Sorry for the inconvenience.
