Geocache Description:


Promised the geo-kids that we would hide 1 cache a month once we placed our first hide. We placed our first in March, 2017 and then proceeded to miss the next 8 months. Whoops. So we went for a Christmas Eve hike by the river and placed 3 today. 

The original placement for this one turned out to be 10 feet too close to another one of the new hides. So we moved it slightly. That one was very dicey. I almost fell in the river on the way back from hiding it (it was closer to the waters edge). This is not as dicey, but I wanted to keep the name. Still have to pay attention to where you are stepping because this isn't terribly far from the edge. Might need to use some stealth. Saw several runners on this trail while I was placing this hide.
