This is the fourth cache in a series of 6 to explore the Serpentine lake area of Hylands Park in Chelmsford. This series will take you on a circular walk taking in the Serpentine Lake and the old Ice House of which not a lot remains. Parking is available just inside the Three Mile Hill entrance which is open during daylight hours (Gates closed at night). Park is closed for the Rize Festival (previously the V-Festival) for two weeks in August. The Ice House is undergoing restoration work and as a consequence the cache has been moved slightly. You are now looking for a disguised tin, hidden down low.
