A white elephant just for a mouse! Traditional Cache

Teahan_family_hk: I have been asked by the reviewer to remove all my caches around the Disneyland area. Another one I don't feel should have been archived. It's on HK land near a road and on a sign I am sure the government owns. Do you need permission for every single cache on a road sign from now on? Anyway, it's still a white elephant.
