The local Company specalises in mining Lime and Limestone products for commerce and agriculture. Its main item produced is cement. The parent company now concentrates on the mine and factory situated a couple of kilometers from Attunga. The mines support approximatly 30 families. This road leads to Sulcore's original quarry. In it's heyday many families lived along this road supported by the quarry. Not now.
