This is near where the original Blue was located. There is still plenty of parking except when the muggles are in class. If you didn't know before, this is a muggle college. When I was taking classes here, the head of security knew about the caches in the area. That was a few years ago. Extreme stealth.
The coords may need fine tuning. I marked a waypoint with my GPS when the container was placed, but they looked a little off when I checked them online. Do keep that in mind.
