HEAR YE, HEAR YE! We are proud to announce the birth of our son, Isaac Lewis, born at 9:35 pm on December 21, 2017. This cache is placed to honor his birth.
For those of you that know us from events, we thank you very much for all your love, support and prayers during our pregnancy. We came through in flying colors, despite 2 days spent in the labor and delivery room, and we are all doing very well.
I realize there are plenty of you who are not huge fans of front yard caches, and believe me, I'm one of them because they just make me feel awkward, but there is no reason to feel that way, you have our permission to find this one.
This cache is located in our front yard, on the front steps (the ones closest to the bush). Should be very easy to find, and you won't even have to scale the snowbank to get to it. The only issue I could see here would be if this snow doesn't stop coming, the container could end up buried in the snow, but I'll try to keep the steps cleaned off and the cache unburied as best I can.
Also, if you see both the dark colored SUVs in the driveway (Mr. drives the black GMC Terrain and Mrs. drives the dark gray Equinox), feel free to knock on the door and say hello, and if you're healthy (per Mrs.'s instructions), feel free to come in and meet our new addition and geocacher in training, Mr. Isaac. It's easier to say knock if you see both the SUVs because that guarantees that Mr. will be home, sometimes we go places together in one car, so if both cars are here we are both here and visitors are welcome. If Mrs. is here alone, she may not answer the door.
We hope you enjoy the cache, and as always happy caching! We may also be putting on an event cache to celebrate our little fellow so more of you can meet him, particularly those that are not comfortable with yard caches, or knocking on the door.
