#2 on the fern road excursion trail, this cache was once Fern Rd excursion #3, but given that there has been some foresty work in the area the old #2 has been romoved. To find this one you will require some sturdy boots as where the cache is hidden it is quite steep.
When I walk the dogs, this path is one that I use often and it's always intrigued me as to what is up this clearing, I did search one day and it turns out that beyond the cache is an old cave which is unfortunately hard to get to.. Too hard for me anyway! If you want to do some searching, please be careful as this rock face is higher than it looks!
The cache is somewhere in the rock face.
With the overhead trees your GPS may jump about a bit but the rock face you are looking for is some 10 meters from the path.
