The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but it is nearby.
UPDATE December 17, 2022: I replaced the container in a new location. After solving the puzzle make the following adjustments: North: subtract .008, west: subtract .001. After making the adjustments you should get a green light from the checker. Container is very well hidden. You will have to crawl to reach it.
Why is this sign here? Why would anyone even think it was needed?
To find the cache:
1. Go to posted coordinates and find the sign.
2. Look around for some numbers.
3. Replace the Xs with the numbers (in order):
N 38º 28.XX0' W 105º 12.XX9'
4. Go find it!
Do not cross any fences or go onto any private property. Cache is a very well hidden regular sized container with room for trackables and swag. There is a nice FTF prize.
