Rev up your engines and put the pedal to the metal. Capital Model Racers is a club-run scale model racing facility in the hills above Wingate. They have two tracks; a 1/8 off-road track and a 1/10 on-road track. Both offer thrills and spills - and require far more coordination than your humble CO can muster.
Access is from Page Grove. A sealed access road takes you up to the tracks. The gate is open on race days (generally Sundays), but can be accessed any day of the week by parking on Page Grove and walking ten minutes up the hill. Spectators are always welcome at the track.
The cache is a recycled Marmite screw-top container. GZ is on the access road before you arrive at the tracks themselves.
