In the spring and summer this would be a great place to spend a day fishing.  In the winter months maybe not so much.  There may be muggles passing by throughout the day but with a minor amount of stealth, it should be a fairly quick park and grab.  I'm sure a lot of people have seen these type of hides.  Happy caching.
