For a while now we've had venues in mind that we felt would make an ideal location for hosting a Geocaching Breakfast Event .... we held Event #001 here but that was over a year and a half ago and now seems like as good a time as ever to return.

EVENT DETAILS

Date: Saturday 10th February 2018

Time: This event will commence at 09:00hrs (the time the Centre opens) and end at approximately 10:00hrs

Where: Dobbies Garden Centre Restaurant, Strawberry Hill, Saintfield Road, LISBURN BT27 5PG

Directions Inside Centre: Walk through the main entrance, turn left and follow your nose to the Restaurant.  When you walk past the Till/Payment area for the restaurant, walk straight ahead until the seating area opens up on your left.  We will be sitting in the long seating area along the wall there.

Parking: There is ample free parking at the Garden Centre

Food: There is no requirement to purchase food or drink to attend the event but Restauant offers great value cooked breakfasts with vegetarian or gluten-free options available too

Why: Regulars and newbies are welcome, it's a great opportunity to meet other geocachers, share caching stories and tips, trade & discover travel bugs and geocoins, meet the person behind the logbook signature, if you've made any ... find out how new year caching resolutions are panning out, talk about geocaching plans for the day ahead & further, ask questions and perhaps enjoy a hearty breakfast to get you set up for the day ahead. 

Accessibility: The Centre is wheelchair accessible.

FTF Prize: A logbook will be available to sign with FTF being drawn once everyone has done so.  FTF prize will be an unactivated Travel Bug.
