The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but it is somewhere in the land of N38/W121. Solve the puzzle (N38 AB.CDE, W121 FG.HJK) to find the location of the physical container.

I recently attended a Florida event where two geocachers visiting from Germany, c0re and , Saar-Könige, gave an unactivated trackable to each event attendee. That was so generous! As a thank-you, here's a puzzle about the region of their home coords.
