You are searching for a cache located near the Brighton Cemetery. Park at the end of Hoyt Place. Some interesting history regarding this area: Downtown Brighton used to be across the Erie Canal (now 490) from here, at the corner of Winton and East Ave. In 1905 the city of Rochester annexed Brighton Village and renamed it the 21st Ward, leaving Brighton without a center.
This cache is large enough for some travelers and it is starting off with a logbook, swag and a FTF pathtag for the lucky one.
PARADE by JOYWAVE: I named this cache after the Joywave song, Parade. Joywave is a Rochester based, indie, alternative rock band and they are completely entertaining with lead singer Daniel Armbruster at the helm. Parade is the 6th track from the band’s debut studio album, How Do You Feel? I LOVE to dance and this song brings it! I have seen them live multiple times now and feel they put on a terrific show. I also love Mustaches and this theme seemed fitting considering Daniel Armbruster's signature stache.
Congrats to bolmsted on the FTF! Hope you grabbed the FTF pathtag that was left!
