One of a number of geocaches hidden on Kerridge Side in Rainow. This one fills a gap in an existing series.
The following caches make a pleasant (approximate) 2 mile walk where you should be able to pick up 10 caches in about an hour: Sugar Lane, Hough Hole, The Mill Pool, On the way to Waulkmill Wood, Looking down on Cally Brook, On the way to Cally Brook, New Wood, Cow Lane, Millenium, Tower Hill
Kerridge side can be very muddy in the Winter. Walking boots are recommended. The cache is a clip lock box (10x7x3cm) and initially contains a TB and a few collectables. THE CACHE IS NOT IN A DRY STONE WALL.
The best parking is probably on Round Meadow in Rainow Village centre. You may also be able to find some parking towards the bottom of Sugar Lane.
