Geocache Description:

This quick park and grab can be easily accessed from the Naturalist Office. But don’t hurry off... be sure to check out the rest of Sharon Woods when you’re done! Featuring a mixture of forests and fields with towering oak, hickory and beech trees and an 11-acre lake, this park is an urban oasis. Once farmland, this 761-acre park now provides critical habitat for many species including box turtles, wild turkeys, salamanders, mink, song birds and much more.
