Derry's Wood is an area of the larger Wormley Wood and is at its southern end, with best access via Newgate Street Road, although there is no car park here. The cache is about half a mile from this point. The biggest car park is in the north of the wood off White Stubbs Lane, although from here the cache is about 2 miles. There are plenty of paths in the wood, visible on the OS map, to make this a circular experience however.The Woods are the property of the Woodland Trust and are mixed ancient woodland with two other caches.
This cache i is located outside the boundary of the Wormley Woods : Woodland Trust area . It can be found as part of a round trip of our other caches which are inside the woods.
