This is a NIGHT PUZZLE CACHE! You will need a strong, focus beam light. A cellular phone light is not likely to work. The trail you are following is marked by dime sized reflecive trail tacks, with the final location being marked by a bunch of white reflective tape...it should be obvious. The cache container has a LOCK!!! You will need to search high and low for the reflective clues along the way to the cache location, and use those clues to figure out the lock combination. The cache container is a traffic counter, the kind that is used on roadways. You may have seen the hoses that connect to them run across the roadway.
