7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

Trim is his name Geocaching is his game. Matthew Flinders had a cat on board his ship called Trim and sailed with him around Australia. Trim was born in 1799 while on the ship of the HMS Reliance. Trim survived falling over board as a kitten and a shipwreck at wreck reef in 1803. Trim was a black cat and had white paws, chin and chest. He was named Trim after the butler in Laurence Sterne's "Tristram Shandy". Flinders had written a biographic tribute to Trim in which he described Trim as one of the finest animals he had ever seen. So I hid this cache in Flinders Park as Flinders Park was named after Matthew Flinders.
