This is the first of six geocaches in a trail of about 2.5 miles. It is uphill between #2 and #4, level between #4 and #5, then downhill to #6 and the return to Pimperne. There are two pubs in the village for suitable refreshment from a hard days geocaching! Enjoy! If you're doing the trail in order; after #6 you will walk along a wide grassy path, when you reach the tarmac path (with the burnt out barn on the left) turn left downhill towards the road (A354). If you turn right it's a dead end.
I love living in Pimperne and wanted to show of it's beauty. This is just one of a number of walks around this village. This is the first one that I've placed - any problems then let me know. Lots of dog walkers use this lane so beware.
All caches can house a trackable. I've left two on this trail. I want them to go as far and wide as possible.
Parking is free all around Pimperne so you shouldnt have trouble finding somewhere.
A quick tip: if you're going to #2 Pimperne Trail dont take the public footpath next to the houses. Walk on down towards Yarde Lane and walk up there.
